RETURN PROCESS:
1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery
2. Send photos of the product (if applicable)
3. Wait for approval and instructions (24-48h)
4. After approval, we'll send return instructions
CONDITIONS:
• Products must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging
• Personalized/custom products are not eligible for return
• Customer responsible for return shipping costs (except defects)
• Perishable goods and intimate items cannot be returned
REFUNDS:
• Processed within 5-10 business days after approval
• Refunded to original payment method
• Original shipping costs non-refundable (except for defects)
EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period as per European legislation.
